Introducing OHB Czechspace
OHB Czechspace s.r.o. is one of the youngest members of the OHB SE group. OHB Czechspace has been founded in July 2017 as a 100% owned subsidiary of OHB SE and started its operation in November 2018. As a part of the major independent group within the European space industry, OHB Czechspace plays, although its yet short existence, a significant role. With a young team of well trained and skilled engineers, the company proved its competence by contributions to several internationally recognised projects.
We have been awarded various contracts within European Space Agency (ESA) programmes. Among these are the planetary defence mission Hera, the PLATO space exploration mission, as well as the project Comet Interceptor, study of the nuclear electric propulsion usage for space missions RocketRoll or the measurement of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere CO2M. Our success is based on a team of experienced engineers with a passion for innovation.
