Last year, OHB Czechspace sponsored AstroPi Hackathon Brno, en event organised by students of the St. Cyril and Methodius Grammar School and Pedagogical Secondary School together with Jan Spratek. The event was a part of the international competition AstroPi Challenge run by the European Space Agency.
Teams, made up of elementary and high school students, were tasked with devising experiments that would then take place at the International Space Station. The event lasted 24 hours and the teams from all over Moravia had to come up with experiments with which they could then participate in the AstroPi Challenge.
OHB Czechspace provided prizes for winners and our Engineers Tomáš Ridoško and Ludivine Leger represented us on the spot.
